Topsy Turvy Cake cake dilemma?
I want to make a cake upside down cake also known as Mad Hatter, usually sizes ranging from 12 to 6 inch pots … My question is: I am a bit smaller, but they want to keep all 3 levels, you still would be strong enough if I started the cake like this: bottom of the base is a 6 "and a" 7 and a lower average "8 would be a" 5, then 6, then 7 "bottom-up would be 4, then 5, then 6, to wooden pegs and boards levels inbetween cake … any suggestions would be great:)
